As a chef with a busy life and kids to shuttle around I needed something reliable for safety and this E-ACE dash cam seems to deliver. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's held up well. The video quality is top-notch caught a near-miss incident clearly which was a relief. I like that it records from both ends makes me feel secure during school runs and trips. The GPS feature is handy for tracking my routes especially after concerts when I'm tired. But yeah not including a card is a letdown had to scramble to get one. Overall it does what it promises and the design is sleek blends right in. For the price it's a solid pick just wish it was more plug-and-play.
- Pros: The screen is huge and responsive making it easy to see and tap while driving. It captures video incredibly clearly so details like license plates are sharp. Having both front and back views covered gives peace of mind feels thorough like nothing gets missed. The built-in navigation is a nice little bonus helps with routes without needing another device. Sleek design blends into my car's mirror seamlessly doesn't look out of place.
- Cons: It doesn't come with a storage card had to buy one separately which was an extra hassle and cost. Installation took some time and effort had to figure out the wiring myself. The interface can be a bit clunky at times not always intuitive to navigate through settings. In very bright sunlight the screen can get a bit glary hard to see clearly.
