As a chef who's super picky about tools, this remote is a decent mid-ranger. It does the job for basic stuff, but compared to my old one, it feels limited. I wish it had more features or worked with other devices—most likely, it's just okay, not amazing. For the price, it's functional but nothing special :).
- Pros: It works with my Samsung TV just fine, no setup needed which is super convenient. The build feels solid in hand, not cheap like some others I've tried, and navigating menus is easy even for someone like me who hates complicated gadgets.
- Cons: It's only for Samsung TVs, so if you have another brand, forget it. The range isn't great—I have to point it directly at the TV, which is annoying when I'm across the room. No backlight on buttons, so in the dark, it's a guessing game.
