before i got this hub, my smart home was a mess with things not talking to each other, and i had to control everything separately, which was frustrating. after setting it up, it's much better because now i can automate lights and other gadgets from one place, and it's compatible with most of what i own. but honestly, it hasn't been perfect; there are moments when it doesn't respond as quickly as i'd like, and i had to reset it a couple of times. for the price, it's decent, but i expected more reliability. as an impulsive buy, i don't regret it entirely, but i wish it was more consistent. the courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice and made it easy to receive.
- Pros: i liked that it connected all my devices easily, as it seemed to me very straightforward to set up, and it works with the voice assistants i already have, making my home feel more integrated without much fuss.
- Cons: i didn't like it that it sometimes drops connections, and the range isn't great for devices far away, which has been a hassle in my two-story house.
