Decision:

My first impression of this Xiaomi air fryer was mixed. I bought it hoping for a reliable kitchen helper, and while it has its moments, it falls short in key areas. The spacious interior is great for preparing meals without constant monitoring, and I do enjoy the healthier aspect of frying with minimal oil—it makes my favorite snacks feel less indulgent. However, the smart connectivity, though a neat idea, often acts up; I've had times where the app wouldn't connect, forcing me to use manual controls, which defeats the purpose. Cooking performance is hit or miss; for instance, fries might be golden one day and soggy the next, requiring frequent adjustments. On the upside, it's easy to clean and doesn't dominate the kitchen counter, which I value. Overall, it's a decent appliance, but given my pragmatic nature, I can't fully recommend it without reservations. It gets the job done, but not as seamlessly as I'd like. 😕

• Pros: The capacity is fairly generous, allowing me to cook for a few people without needing multiple batches, which is a real time-saver. I appreciate that it uses less oil, making meals feel a bit healthier without sacrificing taste. The ability to adjust settings from my phone is a nice touch, adding convenience when I'm not right by the appliance. Its compact size fits well on my counter without taking up too much space, and cleaning it is straightforward and hassle-free.

It's not the beast I hoped for in terms of performance, and for the price, I expected more precision and fewer hiccups.
