I got this Roborock a couple months ago to help with the mess from my family and pets. At first, I was skeptical—another gadget that might not live up to the hype. But after using it for a while, it's become a real workhorse. It vacuums and mops without me having to do much, which saves time. I like that I can control it from my phone, setting no-go zones for the kids' toys. It navigates well, avoiding obstacles most of the time, though it did get stuck once under the couch. The suction is strong, pulling up dirt I didn't even know was there. Mopping is effective on hard floors, and it lifts automatically on carpets, which is smart. Overall, it's made cleaning easier, and I'd recommend it to others, even with the minor flaws.
- Pros: It picks up everything from my cat's fur to dust without getting stuck, which is a huge relief. The mopping part works well and knows not to wet the carpets, a nice bonus. It moves around my home without bumping into things too much, and I can set it to clean specific rooms or avoid areas, which is quite handy.
- Cons: It's a bit loud when it's running, and the app can be tricky to figure out at first. The price was high for my budget, and it doesn't handle very thick rugs as well as I hoped. Sometimes it misses spots in corners, which is annoying.
