before buying this, i was hoping for something that would really wow my kids and be useful, but after using it for a couple months, it's just okay. at first, they were all over it, playing games and taking photos, but now it mostly sits in a drawer. i got it on a whim because it looked fun, and while it did bring some initial joy, it hasn't lived up to the hype. the screen is responsive, but the overall experience feels a bit lacking—like it's more of a toy than a smart device. from what i feel, it's fine for short-term fun, but don't expect it to be a long-lasting hit. :)
- Pros: i can say for sure the delivery was incredibly quick, which was a nice surprise. the watch looks fun in that vibrant pink, and my kids were excited when they first saw it. the touch screen is easy for them to use, and they love taking pictures with the camera—it's cute to see them snap silly moments. the step counter has them running around more, which is great for burning off energy, and the games keep them entertained for a bit. from what i feel, it's a decent impulse buy for a quick gift.
- Cons: but honestly, i'm a bit disappointed. the games get old fast—my kids lost interest after a week or so, and the sound quality isn't great for playing music or videos. it feels a bit cheaply made, and the alarm clock is hard for them to figure out on their own. compared to other things we've tried, it doesn't hold up well over time, and the battery doesn't last as long as i hoped. it's not as functional as i expected for the price.
