as a dad who loves documenting our family adventures, this drone has been a game-changer for me. i picked it up a couple weeks ago, and it's already made our park visits and backyard barbecues way more memorable. the video comes through super sharp, and i appreciate that it's lightweight, so i don't have to worry about any extra paperwork. sure, there are a few hiccups with the signal dropping at longer distances, but honestly, for the price and how much joy it's brought my kid and me, it's totally worth it. i'd recommend it to any beginner looking to dip their toes into aerial photography without breaking the bank :)
- Pros: i really liked how easy it was to get this thing flying right out of the box, and the video quality is extremely clear, making my family outings way more fun to capture from above. the way it always finds its way back to me if it loses connection is a huge relief, and having two batteries means i can keep shooting for a good while without stopping.
- Cons: from what i feel, the range isn't as great as i hoped—it cuts out a bit too soon when i'm trying to get those wide shots, and the camera angle adjustment can be a bit finicky to handle, which is disappointing for someone like me just starting out.
