i was really excited to get this frame to display family photos, especially with the kids growing up so fast, but right out of the box, i felt let down by the plug issue—it's just not practical for my location, and while the image quality is stunning, the responsiveness isn't great, making it feel a bit clunky, i probably wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to friends because of these drawbacks, even though it does its main job well
- Pros: the screen is incredibly sharp and bright, making photos look almost real, and it was easy to set up with my home network to send pictures from my phone without any hassle, plus it holds a ton of images without needing to delete anything often
- Cons: it only came with a plug that doesn't fit my outlets here, so i had to find an adapter, which was annoying and extra cost, and the touchscreen can be a bit slow to respond at times, not as smooth as i expected for the price
