I picked these up from the store, which was convenient, and had high hopes based on the description. In reality, they work decently most of the time, but there are moments when they don't respond as expected, which can be frustrating. Still, for automating my blinds, it's a step up from manual ones, and my kid thinks it's cool :) I'd recommend them with some patience, but they're not perfect.
- Pros: Fairly easy to set up and integrate with my existing smart home stuff, which was a relief. The motor is super quiet, so it doesn't disturb anyone, and I love that it runs on a battery—no messy wires to deal with. Being able to control it from my phone or bed is a game changer for convenience.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the battery life isn't great; I have to charge it more often than I'd like. The automatic features sometimes glitch and don't adjust perfectly, which is annoying. Also, for the price, I expected a bit more reliability—it feels a bit finicky at times.
