I bought this as a gift for my husband to upgrade his old car system, and overall, it's been a decent addition. The packaging was intact when it arrived, which was a relief. Using it for a couple of weeks now, I appreciate how it integrates with my phone for navigation and music—it's made our family drives to San Jose much smoother. However, I'm a bit unhappy because it doesn't always feel as intuitive as I hoped; for instance, switching between radio and Bluetooth can be fiddly. Emotionally, it's a mixed bag: it adds a modern touch to the car, but I expected more from something that claims to be so advanced. As a marketer, I notice these little flaws, and while it's functional, it's not the seamless experience I envisioned. Still, for the price, it's okay, but I might have chosen differently if I'd known. :)
- Pros: I was thrilled with how easy it was to connect my phone to the screen, and the display is so responsive and clear. It feels built like a tank, which is great for my busy life, and I love that it works with any phone I have. The sound quality is fantastic, and having options for music and radio makes drives much more enjoyable.
- Cons: It could be wrong, but I found the video feature too basic and not very useful, and sometimes the touchscreen is a bit too sensitive. The design is a bit showy for my taste, and I wish it were simpler to set up without so many inputs.
