As a healthcare worker, I'm used to things being efficient, and I bought this on a whim after seeing an ad. It's been about a month since I got it, and while it's helpful for daily tidying, it's not the miracle worker I hoped for. I appreciate that it vacuums and mops in one go, saving me time, but the mopping function is just okay—it doesn't deep clean stains. For the price, it's decent, but I might look for something better down the road. It does its job, but with some annoyances.
- Pros: I can say for sure, this thing does a fairly good job picking up dust and pet hair from my hard floors and low carpets. It's nice that it goes back to charge on its own when the battery gets low, and I like being able to tell it what to do with my voice or phone app—makes me feel a bit futuristic. Plus, it's quieter than my old vacuum, so I can run it without disturbing anyone.
- Cons: But it could be wrong, I suppose, but it doesn't handle thicker carpets well at all—it just kind of struggles and leaves stuff behind. The mapping isn't perfect; it bumps into things more than I'd like, and sometimes it misses spots, which is frustrating. Also, the app can be a bit glitchy, and setting it up took me longer than expected.
