so i had this old lighting in my living room that was just too harsh and made everything look dull i needed something that could handle music nights with a cozy vibe and brighten up for reading these lights were the solution they slipped in easily and now i can adjust the light to match whatever i'm doing from a warm glow for listening to records to a brighter light for tasks the installation was a breeze with the clips provided and no issues with flickering or noise it's made a big difference in how the room feels and looks most likely i'll get more for other rooms the only letdown is the dimming doesn't get super low but overall it's a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their lighting
- Pros: i was super impressed with how easy these were to put up no tools needed really and they fit right into the ceiling without any bulk the light changes from warm to cool which is great for setting the mood in different rooms and it feels safe with the insulation rating
- Cons: i expected more from the dimming range it doesn't go as low as i'd like for really soft lighting and the color options while good could be a bit smoother in transition between settings
