Picked this up from the store, convenient for a quick fix. As a parent, I wanted something to automate lights and save time, but it's not perfect. Tip: place it higher to avoid pet triggers. For gaming nights, it's handy but sometimes misses subtle motions. Overall, it does the job but could be better.
- Pros: It's fairly lightweight and easy to set up, just plugged it in without any fuss. The detection range is wide, so it catches movement from across the room, and it blends in nicely with my decor. Saves energy well, which is great for the bills.
- Cons: Could be wrong, but it doesn't always sense movement reliably, especially if I'm moving slowly. The white color shows dirt easily with kids around, and it only works with certain power setups, which was a bit limiting.
