This WiFi access control kit is for landlords managing multiple rental properties or homeowners who want keyless entry for family, guests, or service providers. The included IP68 waterproof keypad lets you grant temporary passwords to contractors or cleaners without giving out physical keys. The Tuya app sends instant notifications when someone enters, so you know when your pet sitter arrives or your kid comes home from school.
The wiring is more straightforward than other systems we've installed. Six color-coded terminals plug directly into the corresponding numbers on the lock and sensors, and the power supply comes with the input cord already connected—just plug it into an outlet. No more fumbling with screw terminals or guessing which wire goes where. The magnetic lock holds with 600 pounds of force, and we tested it on a wooden door; it kept the door secure even when pushed hard. The metal infrared sensor switch is touch-free, so you don't leave smudges, and the built-in doorbell button solves the problem of having to punch in a code every time. You can also open the door remotely from the app if someone you trust shows up unexpectedly.
