i was cautious about buying this expecting it to be just another basic urn but the reality is it really delivers i needed something reliable for hosting events and this handles it all smoothly the coffee stays hot for hours and the design is practical though it takes up space from what i feel its a solid investment for anyone who entertains often and wants efficiency without hassle
- Pros: from what i feel the capacity is too good for big events no more running out of coffee mid party the build is sleek and solid keeps everything tasting fresh and clean the heating is quick gets the job done fast and the filter is easy to remove and clean in the dishwasher the keep warm feature works on its own and the handle makes pouring simple without mess
- Cons: its a bit bulky and heavy to move around might be too much for small gatherings and the initial heat up uses a lot of power which could be a concern for some setups
