I picked this up from the store as a gift for my wife, thinking it'd be a nice upgrade for our morning routine. Most likely, I expected it to be simpler—just press a button and get great coffee, but it's been a letdown. The first time I used it, I had to mess with the settings to avoid weak brew, and even then, it doesn't always perform consistently. For the price, I thought it'd be a game-changer, but it's just okay. My kid tried to use it once and found it confusing, which says something. As a car guy, I appreciate things that just work without hassle, and this doesn't cut it. Probably won't buy from this brand again.
